SUBMISSION PROCESS
- Submit via https://klejournal.org/submissions
- Provide a title, abstract, keywords, author affiliations, and contact details for the corresponding author.
- Obtain permissions for previously published material.
- Authors will receive a galley proof for final review before publication. After approval, no further changes will be allowed. At this stage, adding or removing authors, modifying affiliations, altering entire paragraphs, or replacing results is not permitted.
- Submission of Plagiarism report using ithenticate or Turnitin.
MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION GUIDELINES
Please ensure the following items are included:
One author is designated as the corresponding author with their contact details: 1) Email address 2) Full postal address
- Formatting: Microsoft Word format, Times New Roman, 12-pt font, single-spaced.
- Article Length: Research articles (4,000–6,000 words), review articles (5,000–8,000 words), letters (≤1,500 words).
- Abstract: A structured abstract with a maximum of 250 words summarizing the objectives, methodology, results, and conclusion.
- Referencing: Follow APA 7th edition style. The authors can refer to the following website to know more about APA Style: https://apastyle.apa.org/style-grammar-guidelines/citations/basic-principles/author-date
- Figures & Tables: High-quality, copyright-free visuals (limited to 5-6) must be submitted.
- Authors may suggest 4-5 potential reviewers who are not affiliated with them or their institution. However, the final selection of reviewers is at the editors’ discretion.
- The manuscript should start with the title page, and the text should be arranged in the following order:
- Title Page
- Abstract
- Keywords (5-6)
- Graphical abstract (Pictorial Abstract)
- Introduction
- Materials and Methods
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusion
- Acknowledgements
- Abbreviations Used
- Funding Sources
- Conflicts of Interest, if any.
- Ethical Approval for Case Reports or Studies.
- References (in APA style arranged in Alphabetical order).
